Joe DeFilippi

Joe DeFilippi is Partner and CFO at Founder Collective. In his role, Joe is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, compliance, and operations at the firm. He ensures that the firm’s operations support Founder Collective’s mission to be the most aligned fund for founders at the seed stage. His work includes managing financial strategy, reporting, and operationally scaling the partnership to help the firm deliver value to all stakeholders.

Before joining Founder Collective, Joe held finance and accounting positions at CRV and Eastward Capital Partners, where he gained valuable experience. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston University, where he graduated with high honors.
