Dave Bisceglia

Dave is a Venture Partner at Founder Collective, based in Cambridge. He brings a unique blend of consumer and B2B operating expertise, spanning product development, live operations, go-to-market, partnerships, and more.

Previously, Dave served as VP of Product and Studio Operations at Scopely, the largest mobile game maker in the West, where he oversaw several top franchises. Before that, he was Co-Founder and CEO of The Tap Lab, a gaming startup acquired by Warner Bros. Games. At Warner Bros., he led the development of Game of Thrones: Conquest, a billion-dollar franchise.

A Massachusetts native, Dave has been deeply involved in the local startup ecosystem as a mentor and angel investor. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management, graduating summa cum laude.
