Eric Paley is a Partner Emeritus at Founder Collective, a seed-stage venture capital fund based in Cambridge, MA and Soho, NY. Eric led Founder Collective’s investments into numerous companies including Uber (NYSE: UBER), The Trade Desk (Nasdaq: TTD), Cruise, Airtable, Formlabs, and WHOOP.
Previously, Eric founded Brontes Technologies, a 3D imaging company which was acquired by 3M. Eric has been named to the Forbes Midas List of top venture capitalists five times, appearing as high as #9 as the top-rated seed investor on the list. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Wrote his undergraduate thesis on resolving large-scale public policy NIMBY conflicts through consensus-building projects.
